Vicky Russell was born in Kent, educated at Beneden School and studies law at Exeter. Vicky qualified as a solicitor and specialised in construction law and arbistration. She joined the Worshipful Company of Arbitrators and was clothed with the livery in 1989, becoming the Company's first female Master in 2001. Vicky is now Chairman of the City of London Livery Committee - the body responsible for organising Common Hall.
